An experienced banker, Kevin Griffin is an active member of his community. Outside of his career as president of Kevin Griffin Realty LLC, he serves in several community positions and spends time volunteering. Mr. Griffin currently serves on the board of McKinney Chamber of Commerce and is the chair of the chamber’s audit committee, as well as sector chair on the city’s Bond Committee. He is also a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
Mr. Griffin was appointed by the city council to serve as a member of the Community Development Organization from 2009 to 2011, where he made an impact on the city’s access to state-of-the-art sports facilities. He assisted in organizing the deals and funding that brought both the Plano Sports Authority multisport facility and the aquatic fitness center to McKinney’s Gabe Nesbitt Park. Griffin has also previously served as chair of the finance committee on the board of YMCA, as board member for the Council of One Community, and is also a member of the McKinney Rotary Club.
